Voices on the Rangeis a Youth Cultural Festival, is now in its eight year and has established itself as an exciting event on the Darling Downs cultural calendar.

The festival is hosted by Fairholme College. Voices promotes artistic and cultural talent and has attracted up to 4000 students from across the region. The festival program features a wide variety of literary and cultural activities; these include discussions, live bands, keynote speakers, workshops.

Voices on the Range has featured presenters (authors, playwrights, poets, film makers, journalists) from across Queensland and interstate. Successful author of adolescent texts, Melina Marchetta, renowned playwright Michael Gow and children's book illustrator, Greg Rogers, are but a few of the well known arts workers to have appeared in the past.
